Before kids I was fine with my perky A/B boobs. But after breast feeding two sweet boys, I'm left with what my husband and I enduringly call "flappy pancakes" :) my main goal is to be able to go bra shopping and not have the sales lady tell me she can't even fit me into a bra in the entire store! I also want to wear a summer dress and feel cute in it :). I've had three consults and done A TON of research! This is not something I have jumped into and it's been a journey to get me to the point where I am ready!! Good thing cause my surgery is the day after tomorrow!! I have gotten so much info from this site over the last few weeks that I thought I would post my story to maybe help someone else looking into doing the same thing.
I'm thankfully not nervous at all...I am so ready for this. Working in the health care field maybe calms my nerves a bit since I see surgeries and work in them I know what to expect, although knowing this is elective can be scary because in everything there are always very small risks. I'm sure I will be fine and am excited for thursday!!

I am 5'4 and 127 lbs. my main thing I told the doc is I want them to look natural (I don't personally care for the "ball type look" and I want people who meet me to "wonder" if they are real or fake. I am obviously not keeping my surgery a secret... Unless people who know me live under a rock, they will notice since I have nothing going for me up there at this moment. :)

The doc will use sizers in the or to give me a truly natural look but the tentative size is 350 or possibly 375 ccs silicone under the muscle with an infra mammary (underneath) incision. I'm hoping to be a c cup. "show them off in Vegas but put them away for my sons kinder class" ;)

Tomorrow is the big day! Also my sons last day of kindergarten so I've made all child arrangements, packed food, suitcases, etc (slumber party with uncle tomorrow) cleaned house, washed sheets, etc. Now just taking a bath to paint my nails (won't be able to for a bit) and going to relax with hubs before my last sleep with teeny boobs! I'm so excited!! Will update after surgery once I'm not gorked out, lol. Goodnight real self peeps!
Oh how do I post pics? I don't see that option, just for video...thanks!

Here they are!! I have been completely baffled at how well I feel today. I havent slept at all, just chillin on the couch but am able to get up and move around. My cousin helped me make a smoothie w my vitamix earlier but I'm finding im not helpless like I thought I would be. Surgery was at 12 and I was home by 3. I don't feel much pain just a lot of pressure. Frozen peas and valium are my temporary best friend. The peas feel so good! I was eating chips earlier and had my first ever cleavage crumb, lol. Never had that problem before :)
He ended up putting 375 in one and 400 in the other to make me a size c (I had nothing before). I told him as long as I didn't have a ball at the top and they look natural then I would be happy with a full c, I guess they looked natural cause that's what he did!! Can't wait til the am when I have my post op appt. he will remove the ace and put me In a bra.
The staff was amazing and i was thrilled with the staff that took care of me. I am keeping up on my pain pills even though I hate taking that stuff but it is truly key I hear to a quick recovery.
Watching bridesmaids and going to get good sleep tonight (paramedic husband said the doc told me to take 2 Valium before bed and I'm lucky we have a temperpedic bed that sits up (like an old lady hospital bed, but it is awesome, we bought it when I was pregnant) so sleeping on my back shouldn't be too bad.
Hoping tomorrow is good and not horrible since I was probably too with it today. Peace out for now real self, I'm going to attempt pics. Ready to see my old flappy pancakes, lol?

Day 2: seriously feel good, trying to take it easy...

Day 2: seriously feel good, trying to take it easy but I get up every couple hours. I think the longer u stay still the stiffer you get. I didn't sleep well last night, I was so itchy from Percocet :/ at my post op today, the doc switched me to Vicodin and im feeling much better. We woke up and I felt like " getting ready" so I dry shampooed my hair with that spray stuff and got myself pretty put together. My appt went great! I was pleasantly surprised at how great they look for only one day!! I keep posting on my iPad but will get upstairs soon to my pc so I can post pics! We went to target and chick fil a for lunch and then I've been trying to chill at home. Of course, the one attempt to sleep I made and my dumb phone rang three times! Wrong number, grrrr! Anyway, I don't think this process could be going any better! Totally worth it! I feel my breasts are perfect! A nice change but not too big, I tried on some dresses I never felt confortable wearing before and I fill them out nicely. Yay!! Take care peeps and don't be nervous! It will go great! Just use frozen peas and keep up on meds :)

Day 3: Today was the most tired I have been so far...

Day 3: Today was the most tired I have been so far. Notsurprising though since I swear I had insomnia the first two days. My mom was with me since hubby was working (kids spending weekend with gma and papa). It was nice to hang with my mom and just dose and watch tv. I really tried to take it easy since I was worried I was doing too much the first two days. I am very happy with the process thus far and so glad I did it. I am very happy with the silicone, I know some people are worried about risks but the truth is they are not what they were in the past and there is no proof that they are dangerous. I love how they feel!! Anyway, I am on my PC upstairs finally so gonna try to post a few before pics and one after pic the first time I got to see them. Night!

Hey all!! I love my new boobs! I think they are...

Hey all!! I love my new boobs! I think they are looking great! I am trying to stop taking the Valium and Vicodin, my discouragement comes from me being so tired! I cant even keep my eyes open tired. Is this normal? I have two kids I need to care for and I just want to sleep! I'll try to update pics later :) is this normal, I am on my 6th day!

Feeling great! Its been about 5 weeks and I am...

Feeling great! Its been about 5 weeks and I am feeling pretty normal now. I had alot of breast and nipple sensitivity that is finally resolving and my energy and all that is great. I have been wearing coobie soft bras and I love them but I think I am going to go get fitted for a regular bra as well, I still have dissovable stitches but there is no pain there anymore so we shall see how it goes!

Great review?
