1 Month post surgery

It's been one month since my surgery and I'm still happy with my decision.
Attached you find some pictures from today. I even started working out again and had no problems.

The last days have been quite hot in Germany, and it was the first time in ten years that I wore just a tank top. It felt really great. Even if it will still take some time to see the full result, I already gained so much more self confidence.

Compared with the left nipple, the right one doesn't heal as quickly. Its still very red.
And I'm also really curious, how fast the wrinkles around my nipples will fade. Does anyone here has any experience with that?

11 days post surgery

Now it's been 11 days since my surgery and I had no problems at all!

I am so happy with the results, its just amazing. Every time I change the patches, I cant believe how well the healing process is going on and how good my chest is looking. No sagging skin! Especially since the other surgeons told me, that a satisfying result would just be possible with visible scars under my breasts.

Sure, there are still some bruises and wrinkles around my nipples, which have to fade out. My surgeon told me, this will take some time and I'm fine with that.

The only thing, that really bothers me, is that I'm not allowed to work out. Due to my overweight in the past, I think that I'm getting thicker each day I'm not working out.

Hello everyone. Im 25 years old now and I'm from...

Hello everyone.
Im 25 years old now and I'm from Germany, so please excuse the possible grammar mistakes :-)
For almost 13 years I suffered from my man boobs. I was a thick child, with 236 lbs being my maximum weight when I was 17.

From that day on, I decided to change my life. I ate healthier, worked out a lot...living a better life. So in 1.5 years I reduced my weight to normal and I'm still holding it (180 lbs). Thanks to the workouts, I could see a great improvement in my arms, legs und back. The only problem zones are my stomach and my chest. Unfortunately, there are stretch marks on my stomach (you may see them on some of my pictures), so I know I will never see a six pack on myself. I considered a tummy tuck, but I don't know if the big scar and pain is worth the result. I think, I'm slim right now and know, that even with the tummy tuck, there still will be stretch marks.

But back to the main problem: My chest!
In the last years, I did allot of chest training - sometimes up to 4 times a week. I could definitely see some muscle growth, but I couldn't get rid of the extra fat and the skin. Another concern was my big areolar, which made my chest look female. It was frustrating, loosing all the weight but still feeling ugly and with no self confidence because of my chest. I think the last time I went to the beach or the pool was 10 years ago.
To hide my chest under my clothes I always wore a tight compression shirt...EVERYDAY...even in the summer. Sometimes it was like hell, but I have to say, that the shirt did a great job hiding the boobs. It made my chest look pretty big and muscular, so it was worth it at least.

But I always wanted to have the surgery. I wanted to get rid of the compression shirt, wanted to wear a nice loose tank top in the summer, without having my breasts showing through it.
So I decided to look for some surgeons in Germany. In total, I visited 3. All of them told me, that they will do a liposuction, remove the breast tissue an will tight my skin. The difference was in skin reduction. The first two surgeons told me, the only way to reduce my skin would be to cut it under my breast/nipple in a
U-shape (do you know what I mean? So the final scar would be pretty noticable) In my mind I already agreed on that, thinking I could have a tattoo over the scars when they are fully healed.
But the third surgeon told me, that this wouldn't be necessary. He can tighten the skin by cutting around the nipple (a bit like the benelli/donut lift some of you may heard of). My skin would still be flexible enough.

So I decided to go with him.
On Wednesday was my big day. I was pretty calm, even though my last surgery was almost 20 years ago. The surgeon and his whole team were great. So sweet and nice. He did some before-pictures and marked on my skin, how he would cut it. A few minutes later I laid in the bed, waiting for my narcosis. The doctors came, gave me some oxygen and told me to take some deep breaths. Seconds later I slept.

When I woke up, I felt pretty great actually. I had no pain, wasn't dizzy or anything. The nurse told me, I could sit up, gave me some Coca Cola and some Ibuprofen for possible pain. But it actually felt more like my chest muscles were sore after a hard workout. Not really pain.
A few minutes later, the surgeon came by and told me, that everything went fine and that he wanted to see me on Friday. I didn't need to stay in the hospital. My family drove me home.

I was so happy, that I finally did it. Cant wait to see the results.

FRIDAY

So today I had the first meeting with my surgeon after the surgery. He wanted to change the patches and take a look on the result. He was very satisfied. Everything seems to look good. He decided to reduce the areolar to a minimum, which was quite good for the skin tightening process.
I can definitely feel the scar tissue around my nipples. Its harder than before, but this seems to be normal. Just after 48 hours, there is still a lot of swelling going on. I'm really excited on how the scars will look like when its all healed and if the wrinkles around my nipples will disappear.

But I can say, Im really happy with the result. Its the first time in my life, that I don't have saggy man boobs. Just a flat chest. It feels great.

I'm looking forward to Sunday, because then I'm going to change the patches again and might see an improved result. The surgeon told me, that I should use Dexpanthenol on the scars to support the healing process, so I'm gonna start with that soon.

Attached are also the first pictures from today, two days after my surgery. It would be great, if some of you could give me some feedback on it.

So this has been a quite longer review. Thanks for reading. And if there are any questions, just ask :-)
