26 Years Old, Receding Hairline (1,500 Grafts FUT) - Tijuana, MX

I noticed a year ago when I turned 26 my hairline starting to recede and I've always had a mature hairline to begin with so I knew it was time to finally do something about it. After 6 months on Propecia I started looking for a doctor to do a hair transplant. I live in North California so of course my first choice was Dr. Diep in San Jose. After a consultation I was told it would cost roughly over $6000+ and there will be around a 4 month wait. Shortly after I stumbled across this website and after I saw the before and after photos I knew I had to have a consultation with them as well. I was still a bit skeptical because they are located in Tijuana Mexico but I started emailing with Armando Guzman. he is in charge of the consultations and booking the appointments. After I found out the price was 50% cheaper and there was a short wait time... I was sold! Armando Guzman answered all my questions I had and he really worked around my work schedule to get the perfect date for my hair transplant. They did require that I send it $1000 via money order ahead of the appointment and that the rest would be paid in cash the day of.Fast forward: I arrived at the Gardel facility in Tijuana Mexico and instantly Im blown away but the state of the art facility they have built... any fears and worries I had instantly went away. I start to meet everyone that works there from the receptionist, nurses, assistants, and the Doctor... by far the nicest people you could possibly meet. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and what was coming next. Once I was prepped I met the doctor (Dr. Gastón de la Garza Martinez) to figure out shape of the hairline. It just blew me away how he determines the best hairline... its really a science to him. After he finished I asked him quickly if its possible to give me transplant me some sideburns as well (This was never spoken of ahead of time) without hesitation he started figuring out the best look for me (FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE!!). I paid for 1,500 grafts when the doctor said my donor was very dense and if I wanted they could take off around 1,800 for no extra charge... I quickly agreed, lol.The procedure its self was nothing short of profession, painless, and everything was top of the line when it comes to Gardel. When everything was done they still had some grafts left over and started placing them in my crown where it is slightly thinning... once again I was amazed by how nice this place was. When it was all said and done I was brought back to a patient room where I could eat and rest as long as I wanted... and might I add the view from this room overlooking Tijuana was breath taking. After that I paid a addition $120 for all the medications and the doctor went over everything I need to know post op. Now... Just to show how amazing this place is, when the doctor found out I was going to be spending a week in Mexico he gave me his assistants phone number to call if I had any questions regarding traveling in Mexico... or if I found myself in a situation. To sum this place up... they are extremely professional, state of the art equipment, and they really do treat you like family. I recommend this place to everybody and in the future if I ever need another hair transplant... this is the only place I will be going.
