Consultation Review: Worse Consultation for Tummy Tuck Ever!

Tummy Tuck Consultation Review for Dr. Ken Smart of Frisco Texas- Worse Ever!

I went to Dr. Ken Smart of Frisco Texas for a consultation a short time ago and I knew almost immediately that he would not be the surgeon for me! I paid $50 for a lipo/tummy tuck consult with him and he told me with his lack of eye contact, lack luster examination and arrogance that he lacked bedside manners and any interest in helping me to achieve my goals. He did not even have me lay down to check my abdominal muscles for seperation. Which I have per all the other proper examinations I had from other board certified plastic surgeons. Dr. Smart would look to the floor, past me , above my head , over my shoulder while talking to me all of this while seated in a chair in front of me while I stood in front of him half naked. I was so puzzled by this that it distracted me from hearing what he had to say! It was strange and made me feel very uncomfortable and also made my decision not to use him very easy. BEWARE...at the time I booked my consult his website stated that consults are complementary but when you call to make appointment they will not honor it. Weird. Red flag that I should not have ignored. $50 wasted. I would never ever recommend him to anyone EVER. The professionalism I came to expected just was not there. He was my first ever consultation and I was extremely disappointed. I did end up choosing Dr. Bradley Hubbard after interviewing several doctors. Dr. Hubbard Rocks - he was awesome and his work on me was perfectly done. Check Dr. Bradley Hubbard out. He offices in Dallas and Plano. No regrets with him!
