I've been using for 7 weeks, my lashes went from almost nothing to almost reaching my brows! They are thicker too. Now applying mascara is a breeze, a few strokes and I'm done! It does cause some redness of the eyelid in the morning, but only temporary. I find the brushes work well, but to be honest, I just use one, and put two drops on it, and apply to both eyelids. I'm very pleased with the results so far.

I think you are one of the only people I have heard from that like the brushes that come with the Latisse. It seems most people switch to a thinner eyeliner brush, so its great to hear that you have been able to work with the original brush just fine.
It will be interesting to see if you experience even more growth from here on out. :)
