I had a small double chin. The doctor put several needles around the area. The needlees did not hurt that bad but 30 minutes later I was in severe pain. My neck swelled up like a baseball. I got a sore throat. I have been coughing up dark mucus. It is possible I am having an allergic reaction, or the injections were tooo close to my lymph nodes, causing them to swell and me to feel sick?

The chin area is to close to lymph nodes, if you have a small double chin one needle in the wrong area can cause big problems. PLEASE be careful!

How are you doing now? Has the swelling improved at all?
I haven't heard of this happening before. I'd recommend calling your doctor, just to be on the safe side.
