Worth It
Spent: $5,500 in Greemwich CT

I had the fraxel repair done in July and it did take a full week to appear in public. Since my doctor gave me shots for nerve blocks, the pain was not so bad. I had been fully warned that the pain would be intense-it was no walk in the park. The next morning, my face looked pretty bad. My doctor carefully prescribed the aftercare regimen of vinegar soaks. I am so pleased with the results. It was definitely worth it and the results keep getting better.

I had done the Fraxel refine and, while it was helpful, it was not nearly as effective as the Fraxel repair. If you really want to get dramatic results, I would recommend saving the time and money for the repair. I am 57 and my skin looks just fabulous.

I wish more people would post their before and after photos. I'd love to see the results.
