Fraxel on Nose to Reduce Pores - Marietta, GA

Not Sure
Spent: $300 in Marietta, GA

I had Fraxel on my nose two months ago to reduce pores. My nose was swollen and red for a couple of days. Soon after, a tiny bump or ridge starting appearing across my nose. It may be the result of skin tightening that shows the underlying tissue.

Pores are better and I will go back for another treatment. But I really want to know what caused the ridge and if it is going to become more noticeable after another treatment. I went to a reputable dermatologist whom I have used for many years. I want to see the pictures that were made prior to the treatment, before the next one.

I have subsequently become better educated about Fraxel treatments and will have more of these. Dr. P' is one of my favorite practitioners.

My rating:
Good pain medication, expert treatment with small head device from an well trained esthetician. I have had numerous IPL treatments and they hurt more.

I have had one fraxel treatment so far. My skin clarity is wonderful. Haven't see much change in the acne scarring yet, but I am one month out and I have 3 more recommended treatments. Why is this procedure so much more expensive in other parts of the country? I pay 250/session.

Your cost is very good, where is the Doctor that does this for $300.00 I could drive there & home in a day.
