“Terrible Experience”

I had 4 sessions about 10 months ago. They were very painful with and without numbing cream. After each treatment my face was red for 2 weeks, swollen for several days, experienced acne breakouts, and developed blisters. I could have overlooked all of that if the treatments worked. They didn't help one bit. I had several acne scars (indentations) and still have them. The doctor wants to try again and again at no additional charge until it works. I appreciate his offer, but why should this next time be any different. Plus, knowing how much it hurts, I'd be hard pressed to try again. I think I will wait for the permanent collagen. I read that it has been used successfully in Europe since 1987 and should get approval here in 2 years.
