I have mild to moderate scars on my cheeks and lines on the forehead and around the eyes. I work a lot so I can not take time off for recovery from Dermabrasion. I had my first treatment yesterday and it was mild to moderately painful. I am a little swollen but not red at all. I was able to return to work today. I can tell a huge difference in just my first treatment. If people are saying that they can not tell a difference then they going to the wrong treatment center. I will need about 4 Fraxel treatments to have the full effect and can not wait for the next one. A reputable treatment center will give you the treatment plan up front. I am supposed to be using a full intensity by the fourth treatment. It works and that is the bottom line. However, do your homework before spending the money. If you are anywhere near the gulf coast of Mississippi then I recommend {edited - for registered users the name of the treatment center is shown at the top of the review.}
