Dr. Burgdorf performed my breast reduction, and the entire process from first consult to 3month follow up has gone very smoothly, which is especially excellent considering that Dr. Burgdorf changed practices between consult and surgery. He worked hard to make sure everything was set with his new practice in time for my surgery because the date I selected was not flexible. He and his staff took care of everything, and I didn't have to reschedule. The payment and insurance process has also been handled very well by his staff, which means no stress and headaches over claims for me! I also really appreciated his kind, but frank manner. He made sure that I understood my procedure and that I knew what to expect throughout the process, which also helped keep me stress free. I'm very satisfied with my results (the girls are great!), and have had a great experience with this doctor and his staff!
