I've had my revision rhinoplasty about 6 months...

I've had my revision rhinoplasty about 6 months ago and I recently came across the many topics about steroid injections for thick skin and pollybeak. I have like the thickest skin in the world, my nose is very swollen even after that amount of time, and, the worst is that a pollybeak has started to form 2 months ago. I was told that treating it with injection should be done at an early stage of the healing period so I'm afraid it's already too late to have that injection and benefit from its effects.
Is 6 months after rhinoplasty too late to consider steroid injections? What is your advice? Also, how many times should I have them so the problem can be fixed?
