Finally my ps went with 250 cc anatomical dual plane. I am very happy with the result but to bad at taking pics. I think they do not reflect reality. Anyway, I hope they will get bigger and fluf. No pain no meds out of the 2 first days po. Sometimes I feel I should have gone bigger but due to my stats ps refused going above 250. I think the right one dropped a bit more than the left, Anyway, they are getting softer and I feel like they were always mine!

After many years of thinking about breast...
After many years of thinking about breast augmentation, I finally have the courage to do it to have the fullness back after my 3 pregnancies. I'am 34 a to b (small) depending on the bras, and very petite (1,60m and 46 kg). I want a very natural appearance and wish nobody will notice it, out of me and my husband. I want to have full boobs. Ps recommend me to go with 250 or 260 maximum cc silicone subglandular. I do feel very comfortable with him and very confident, however by reading reviews on the site, i feel curious to see the difference in terms of appreance between sub muscular and sub-glandular results as I don't find. Shall somebody can share with me its own experience with picture as I have my next app interment with the ps 1st week of November. Thanks in advance for you help.
