Brazilian Butt Lift: Stories

I have been wanting breast implants for about two years now. After looking at hundreds of doctors online and a handful in person I finally found Dr.Afifi and I knew that she would be able to give me the results I want. I have my pre-operative appointment for the 5th. I am so excited!

I'm 5'6, 140lbs and though my appearance and frame look thin, I am extremely unhappy with my midsection after having two kids. Even though I work out and eat somewhat healthy I've not been able to get that pre-baby body back. My butt seems to get flatter when I do lose weight and at this point I figured I just need the help of a skilled surgeon. Also after having a baby my breast are not as firm. I'm currently a 36cbut I am looking to have a large D cup or a small double D (according to Afifi that doesn't exist lol). After my consultation I felt 100% percent about the BBL but a bit confused on the type of implant and whether it should be under/over the muscle. I hope to clear this up during my pre-op appointment. I do not want natural laying breast I am looking for the "fake look". I love breasts that sit up high and that are more circular than oval shaped. Afifi spoke to me more about Saline implants under the muscle. She recommended 600cc to 650cc for the look that I want. Does anyone have any experience with saline or silicone?

I had my pre-op today and got all my answers on my concerns. I decided to get 655cc silicone on my right and 705cc on left to even out a slightly smaller breast with a crescent lift. Aesthetically I am hoping for perfection! Afifi made me feel confident that she can give me the breast look I am aiming for. I love her honestly! She is very realistic on what she can achieve. She reminded me that I might not get the cut look on top aka fake because I've had two kids before and the elasticity on my breast is not the same as the girls pictures I showed her. I can really appreciate her honesty. This way I feel I won't be disappointed.

In regards to the BBL she told me she can guesstimate about 800cc per butt cheek. I would be happy with that! She is doing Lipo on my full stomach and flanks. My surgery date is April 25th. I am overwhelmed with excitement! Also since I decided to go with silicone my price went up by $500.

I was originally scheduled for the 25th but do to last minute changes it was rescheduled for the 24th. I cant believe how fast time went by as it seemed as I was barely at my Pre-op appointment

So wrote a brief reviese yesterday saying all was going well but then at night I was so darn uncomfortable. She prescribed me Vicodin and I didn't feel like it was doing anything. My back was in extreme pain so My boyfriend called her in the middle of the night. I was super nauseated and each time I took my pain meds I would throw up. I was also so restless and had not slept a bit and it was 1am and couldn't fall asleep. She called me back and gave me further instructions and ordered some meds for me. I had a prescription for Percacet from a previous surgery that were stronger, she said those were fine to take. She told metro come in today because she couldn't understand why my back would ache so bad. Once I took the Percacet it knocked me out and I was finally able to get rest. When I woke up in the morning I still had the extreme back ache. Indy boyfriend drove me to Newport so she could see me because she was concerned. Well you know what it was ladies? it was my damn garment. It was a Colombian garment and those things are no joke. Since they told me not to mess with any of my garments until Fridays post up I never taught to check it plus I had no pain in my incisions or any area of the lipo. The pain was just centered in the middle of my back. Well the lining inside the garmet pushed my skin in and was putting pressure on my sciatic nerve. Dr. afifi was so nurturing she literally changed me like if I was a baby. She told me not to wear the garment for about another week and had me place a binder in its place. I feel 100% better and i stopped throwing up also. I know that as girls we can get so anal and want perfection so we think a tight garments going to help, we'll not in all situations. So ladies don't get your garments to tight. I felt so shitty that I didn't even ask her about cc's or anything about the initial procedure. I have an appointment to see her next Wednesday so Ill ask then. I'm getting ready to go in for a shower so ill post pictures after. You ladies tell me what you think? My boyfriend said I look so good and keeps rubbing my butt.

Day 4 after my surgery and finally feeling better. I finally had looked at my boobs and they are gorgeous. Love the cleavage now can only imagine how much better they will look with clothes

I'm post op day 4 and I'm still swollen as heck. My butt is much fuller than what it ever has been. She explained to me that she would 1st start by filling in two big ass dents I had on each side and she would add some fullness. I always had decent legs, and if you saw me from the front view you would think that once I turned around you would expect some kind of ass. Unfortunately that was never the case. Now I feel curvier than ever. My ass doesn't project out insanely but I was looking more for a shape that could go with my existing body type and my new boobs. Can't wait to see the final results after all this swelling goes away
