I have always had small breasts but after two kids...
I have always had small breasts but after two kids (no breastfeeding) it seemed they "deflated." I wanted the surgery to get more fullness (I chose a 300cc, Smooth Round sientra implant - I am 5' 6" and 111 pounds). At this point I am three weeks post surgery. I am having the normal aches and pains associated with this type of surgery (swelling, nerve sensitivity, burning sensations, jolts of pain). Right now, my biggest complaint is the pain in my sternum. It feels like my skin is separating from my bone. However, I have read that this is a normal feeling. I will call my PS and see. Unfortunately, I am very anxious about these post-op aches and the results. I know in a few weeks things will be different, but I am not a very patient person. I am trying to give the healing process the time it needs, but it is hard. I will update in a few weeks...right now, the emotional rollercoaster of emotions leaves me feeling this was not worth it. I hope that feeling goes away.
