I had 350 silicone implant overs placed in 1986...

I had 350 silicone implant overs placed in 1986 was a 36B achieved a 36DD. Fast forward to 2015 i have 2 adult children and husband of 26 yrs. I have had 2 c sections, gb removal and full hysterectomy (with weight gain) and body in full surgical menopause. I am on Biote pellets to help with the menopause and decided my "rocks in socks" breasts after almost 30 yrs needed work. I was scared to death initially because of thought of what my silicone implants had deteriorated to after all this time and the pressure of mammograms every year placing pressure on an already ticking time bomb but i bit the bullet found an excellent Dr thru family referral and had my implants removed 6-23-15. I was a 40 DDD and my back was hurting and i was sick of my boobs making me look matronly, so i asked along with the implant removal for a reduction/lift to be done as well. Thinking i was going to be so happy to be smaller and fit better into clothes i asked for no implant replacement at that point.
I was down for about a week because of the drains but once the drains were removed i was back at my normal schedule. Good news old implants were still intact and surrounding tissue looked good after removal. Each week that went by i absolutely hated what i was left with i was a 40 C and deflated looking in the upper part of the breast. Dr did a great job, he did what i asked but i didn't like the way i looked. i felt "flat" and felt like i looked when i was 13. UGH! so i had a consult to place implants in again and had surgery almost 3 months later on 9-17-15. i had initially thought i would do about 500 cc hp but after talking with the hubby the dr and reading the reviews on here i went with 600 hp under the muscle. I am now on wk 3 of recovery and wish i would've gone to 700. i am happy with the 600 but know with my height weight and broad shoulders i could've rocked 700 easy and felt better about my projection. i was looking for more upper pole fullness and i got some but as boob greed sets in you always wish for more. as for pain there was minimal i was back at it after 2 days. i don't do pain pills only advil and i only took advil for the first 2 days. I still don't know my true size but i am now thinking I'm a 40 D. so i basically achieved 1 cup size. Perhaps in 5 years i may revisit the thought of redoing and going bigger but at my age i have to consider if going bigger is something i really want to do at 55. i haven't had any back issues with the larger implants and i think that has a lot to do with being place under the muscle they don't really feel any heavier than with no implant.
