31 in Aug, 2 Kids, 2 C-sections, Waited 12 Years for This - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Today there still is discomfort, I am starting to dread these drains, I want them out so bad.... I still can't stand straight but going to the bathroom is a breeze now...I've been using baby wipes unsecented, and they come in soooooo handy...make sure that you have extremely supportive and dependable people when you have surgery and prepare them for their duties in advance so that there is no confusion or issues later....I haven't been able to take pictures yet, but when I take my shower and my girdle is off, I'll take some to assist with my lengthy journey, be patient....

I'll be going to get my massage later this evening, I am going to the same place I got my garment Tara Wellness, BTW, this garment is the best... I bought the package of 20 for $1400. The first 10 massages are 5 days for 2 weeks and then the other is 1 to 3 xs a week until complete. My 1st massage yesterday was about 1 and 1/2 hour...I was out into a room on a massage bed and my entire body was placed in a large thermal bag with oils , it was hot but the setting was relaxing... Then I was was moved to another room which I was given a massage with a machine and then a actual massage ....when I was done, my back was definitely not as achy....

Had a small serving of fat free tuna and 5 wheat crackers as a late breakfast...I've been wearing my garment everyday 1 week prior 2 surgery, I took it off for the 1st time on Day 4, I took a sponge bath which was quite refreshing and washed my garment while I did so, I fell asleep in my robe and immediately put it back on as soon as it was dry...it took about 1 hour.... I did end up getting burn marks on my butt from the drain cords, but I figured out howvti fix them and uses ointment which makes a major difference. Today, as I forgot to mention, I'll be attempting to take a shower, I was cleared to do so yesterday by the doc..he said quick showers, nothing too lengthy and absolutely no baths or submerging in water for long periods of time...the hardest part for me is putting the garment back on, I can't do it alone and it takes time because if the drains and incision and pain.....
