Hi everyone sorry it's been I minute. Had to readjust my routine. Still wearing my CG and binder three weeks since my procedure. Weight fluctuates from 209 to 211.. Waist measures are now upper waist (high waist) 34.5 lower 37inches. My mom, husband , children and lympathic massage therapist whom I see daily. Incursions have closed up externally but I'm still tender, painful and swollen in areas. Wish I had gotten two large garment instead of XL and L ...XL is too slack....hope that means transformation and a new figure is coming...to everyone the procedure is painless but the healing process for me was terrible since I could physically do all what I needed to do,miserable at night I miss sleeping on my tummy...when can I start sleeping on my tummy.?. let me say thanks to my real self family, your stories strengthen and prepared me for this journey. love you guys! I am preparing for back school as I am a para educator and Director for a Preschool which I reopened four days after my procedure. Yes I did.. Now getting my children for another fun filled and academic inspiring school. Today I prepared breakfast and lunch ....getting my grove back slowly. Sometimes, I feel pin like feeling...uncomfortable pulling ...is this normal?

...yes I had done the procedure but traveled shortly there after in a day...that is. My mom and husband say there is a change..I am still using my CG I wear XL with the board and L without..Today I showed my husband FTA2014story and he bought me the surgical binder...5 days opts, still tender, swollen and swore in some areas..Dr. Stratt recommended that I start my lympathic massages in my State in the next week. I also use non-stick pads for the semi open incisions. Dr. Stratt said they removed 2000cc from abdomen and 1500cc from flanks. And oh yes, doing the flanks two days later caused a lot of discomfort. Lost 6lbs to date. Started off at 215lbs on the day of the procedure. Presently 209..yeah and hope this continues.....
