85 Lb Weight Loss-Lipo Part of my Reward - Fort Lauderdale, FL

I'm a 40 yr old mom of an 18 yr old daughter. Over the past several yrs I've lost 85 lbs. My goal weight was 150 lbs and I try to keep as close as possible to that #. I decided first to have a breast lift with impants. When my Dr. wanted to do it in 2 stages, I decided to have lipo done in several areas at the same time as the lift. I would never have imagined that the recovery process would be so painful and difficult! I love my new shape, but whew, was it ever brutal! I'm almost 4 months post op lipo and breast lift and 2 weeks post op xl implants. So far I am so happy with all my procedures and absolutely love Dr. Don Revis in Ft. Lauderdale, FL! He is an amazing doctor, I highly recommend him especially for the boobs! This has been an emotional journey for sure! So many changes! God has blessed me with a very supportive husband, daughter and entire family and that has made this all possible without me falling to pieces. The lipo recovery was really hard, best advice... Wear your compression garment faithfully and use a good one. The ones from Colombia are the best in my opinion. As far as the boobs, I'm finding that recovery from the implant surgery is way worse than the lift. I'm experiencing a lot of pain and pressure, I'm sure from going so big. Thank God for good pain killers and muscle relaxers! So far no regrets! I'm very blessed to have been able to do this and I try to live every day to the fullest.
