I just had a breast reduction two weeks ago and scared of scars. What vitamins can I take to prevent them? Can I start joging after two weeks? Is blisters normal? Do african-american woman ten to scar worse? Any advice? I want to continue jogging soon, ab work outs, any doctor know what I should do?

Welcome to the community. Your best scar treatment is using firm circular massage on all incisions. Do this using either Bio Oil or Palmer's Vitamin E Skin Therapy Oil. Be persistent and continue to do this a couple times a day for weeks.
I was back in the gym 4 weeks to the day of my surgery and did very well. But always talk to your doctor about their recommendation.
