My chest measurement is a 12, which would allow me to get 350cc moderate plus profile silicone implants which is the profile I preferred but I wanted a bigger size. PS recommended we go with a HP implant and refer to my chest wall as 11.5 in order to increase the size and obtain more of the look I want. Ended up with HP, 420cc silicone, sub muscular, and I think they are just perfect. Literally the biggest I could go without looking fake and overbearing my tiny frame. PS did a great job of reassuring me :)

Dr. Wigoda was amazing, and I am so happy to have chosen him as my PS. I did endless amounts of research before making a final decision and in the end his painless procedure and patient reviews are what sold me. His nurse Marie welcomed me with a warm hug upon arrival and I've never felt more confident Placing my life in someone elses hands. The other staff at the aesthetics institute are just as welcoming and very charming, it made the trip to Florida well worth it. Dr. Wigoda answered all of my questions and helped me make the final decision on what was right for my body. Everything has turned out great, my incisions are small and healing really well, I've only experience the tightness from muscles adjusting and the initial swelling, but hardly any pain otherwise! I am very impressed and have recommended Dr. Wigoda to a few people since I've been home. :)
