I can't recommend Dr. Kaufman enough. He gave me my dream breasts. After kids, I had breast augmentation (500 cc saline) and a lift about 8 years ago by a different doctor. They looked great but I had always planned on going bigger. I ruptured my left breast in police academy. It slowly leaked over a year and a half. It looked awful and I felt horrible about myself. Once I was financially in a place to seek treatment, I obsessively researched plastic surgeons in my area. I decided on Dr. Kaufman because of the amount of glowing reviews. I told Dr. Kaufman what I wanted, and he exceeded all expectations. I got Mentor 800 cc silicone implants. They are absolutely amazing. They feel so natural and look incredible. The recovery was a breeze, absolutely zero complications. I didn't have a single bruise and was off pain medications after three days. My incision scars are practically non-existent. Dr. Kaufman is an extremely skilled doctor, and should I ever desire another plastic surgery procedure, he's the only one I will trust. If you are considering Dr. Kaufman, go for it. You will not be disappointed. His staff is extremely friendly too. Five star experience! (Also--if you are deciding between saline and silicone, go silicone.)
