Day 6 post op...

So today is my last day at home, tomorrow it is back to grinding it out at work. Let the kids play hooky with me today so they could not only help me around the house, work on a school project and just spend some time with them. All in all I am feeling pretty good still have some swelling, still riding high but my chief com ain't would have to be my back... Yep it's killing me, right by my shoulder blades. Husband rubbed it out last night OMG you have no idea though I was gonna have a big O, no freakin joke. Word to the wise. Work out and stretch your back muscles before you get the girls it will help you in the long run. I have been looking around for info on arm movement, much to my dismay there is tons of info but nothing concrete. I have been doing some light house work, and have been moving my arms above my head off and on to get dressed, do the hair, shower ect. I am hoping that my activity now will not ruin the outcome of my new rack. Any input would be grea appreciated.

Day 3 post op...

Feeling a little more sore than post op day 2. Ended up going 625cc silicone under the muscle. Doctor said that the implants we picked were perfect for my anatomy, so that was good to hear. I am swollen and riding high which is to be expected, with very little bruising so far. I have been applying arnica at least twice a day to aid in the healing process. Naturally being a worry wart I am concerned with each and everything that could go wrong. I am trying to just relax and give my body time to heal. Next post op appt is this coming Friday, so we will see what doc thinks. I did get to take a shower today finally omg that was weirder then I ever thought it would be.

One day and counting, guess you could say I'm nesting

I have been cleaning like a mad lady since yesterday, the big day is this Thursday at 9:00 am. Doing laundry, dusting, mopping, bathrooms, prepping easy crock pot meals you name it. Not sure if it's my anxiety or excitement.
