I am a very uptight person.. so I have a hard time relaxing. The reason I am stating this is... I had to lay on the table fr 20 min. The treatment was like having a deep tissue massage and very enjoyable but my mind races a million miles an hour. I was surprised/// GREAT RESULTS!! Very happy after my 8 treatments and it has been over 6 months. SmoothShapes .... The real deal !
