Each day my breasts are getting slightly softer and yet sleeping is still difficult. I finally got the ok to sleep on my side and without a bra at night but turning and moving is not easy. Still hoping that in the next few weeks and months I won't wake up every night feeling such tightness and sensitivity. I've definitely keeping an eye on my incisions and staying on top of the scar strips and cream.

Surgery was just yesterday.

Came into surgery center at 7 am and got back right way to her prepped. Everyone, nurses and anesthesiologist were wonderful! No wait time really. After the surgeon was done marking me up, they wheeled me into the OR, put something in my IV, gave me oxygen mask nod then I was out. Woke 1.5 hrs later and got my clothes on went home, luckily no nausea but was seriously sore and laid in bed all day. Put the cold peas bags on round the clock plus more pain meds. I'm hoping to be off by Sat or Sun but definitely need them still. So I ended up with Sientra 330 on left a 400 on the right. At the Post op today, there was no briusing. So far there painfully but doc said there was really not much swelling. I suppose that's good but but wishing for them to drop a bit and pain to subside. It's only day 2 but looking to much better by Sunday or Monday.

For some reason I keep getting nightmares of going too big. I know this is not typical and the more I read other people's results, the usual reaction is they wished they'd gone bigger. *sigh* At this point I will leave it up to my doctor to decide with the range we talked about what will look best.

Dr. Goldberg has a beautiful office, very comfortable and the staff friendly and knowledgable. I wanted to give them the highest rating but between the initial consult and the pre op date, approx 3 month there was no follow up unless initialed by me. The coordinator is nice enough but I just hoped for more personal service. I did trust Dr. Goldberg completely and am very satisfied with her final decision on my implant sizing. Even with the 70 cc difference, everything turned out symmetrical. Would definitely recommend her and especially the surgery center she uses. They made me completely as ease. Very Happy so far with my results...now just waiting for the girls to drop a bit and fluff. Only time will tell...
