My surgeon used the Kotler Nasal Airway device for my rhinoplasty and it worked wonderfully!!!! Friends of mine that have had “nose jobs” all complained to me about not being able to breathe after surgery and how much it hurt when the packing was removed. With KNA I had neither issue. I could breathe well the whole time and it took just a few seconds to remove the tubes and there was no pain at all. I am so thankful Dr Kotler invented this amazing device. Alison
