The waiting room is nice...the staff seem to be afraid to answer questions. Dr. Dickerson stuck me as really strange, and comes off like a door to door salesman with his fast talking scripted banter. Of course he doesn't push you into anything, he talks until he believes you start thinking you are way worse off than you really are. After he hands you a mirror he will point out things that he thinks needs to be fixed by very expensive fillers, that you nor any one else notices or think are a problem. He then will wheel and deal with you on pricing, if you want to add more incredibly over priced services. Then, when you state once again you just want to get the procedure you came for, he asks you to make some faces, he scribbles some things down in your chart, then starts injecting without so much as the offer of a numbing cream or cold packs that other providers of this service typically provide automatically. I did find it funny that he goes so fast and makes a joke out of it all by saying out loud " pop" each time he injects...of course he does the injection so quickly and moves on to the next one its more like "pop, pop, pop" in succession. This left me wondering how he could have had time to even look at the syringe and see just how much he had injected into each site?
I had just moved to this area a few months ago, and have had botox in the past, although it had been well over a year since my last. When I asked around, several ladies at work said that this is the only person in the area that they knew who did botox, but only one had ever been to his office. Lets just say that I will not be returning. I feel like my money was wasted, and I was either ripped off, or duped, one or the other. Again, I have had this service in the past and have an idea of what to expect 2 weeks later...well nothing at all is what I got. He might as well have injected nothing but saline into my forehead for all I know. So save your money and avoid this over priced situation as it may turn out as poorly as mine has!

Bummer to hear you weren't happy with the way your Botox turned out. Did you go in for a follow-up appointment? Perhaps the treatment was being kept on the conservative side since this was your first time being injected by him and he didn't want to inject too much, since you can always add more botox at a follow up, but can't take it away if too much is initially done?
