15 weeks post

So it's been almost 4 months since my surgery and I must say it's so worth it. So much more confident. Too bad I didn't go bigger. These are 400cc hp silicone. I wear 28F bra but they're hard to find. I buy from Ebay.

6 weeks

Finally it's been 6 weeks with implants and I must say it really is a confident booster. Although, I wish they were bigger, I feel great in clothes and in my new bras. l can lift my arms up in all sorts of ways and I wouldn't have to adjust my bra at all. The lower poles of my breasts are still numb and my nipples are still raw at times. Just bought 3 new bras at Diane's Lingerie and it came to $380. It sucks to not have a common band size so I am limited to expensive European import bras. However, they fit great and are high quality. I should have asked for 475cc at the first shot!

4 weeks post op

It's just about 1 month now and my mondor's cords are still there but they aren't painful anymore. I got professionally fitted for an underwire bra and I am glad the underwire didn't bother me. I still feel the ends of the stitches under my breast crease. Overall, I am happy with my size compared to before BA but I must say "I do have boob greed". Oh well, who doesn't after their BA anyways. I noticed my right nipple is not really centered to my breast and wondering if the implant is placed a little too outward so I am hoping that it will solve itself with time. So I got measured at Diane's Lingerie and Change Lingerie and am currently a 30E which means I am only limited to those two stores just because I have a 28 inch rib cage but band 30 works too. The ladies that fit me say I still have dropping to do. I am not sure why I need to be fitted so soon anyway. My PS wants me in an underwire bra right on the 4 week mark. I must say Diane's Lingerie will be a treat and Change Lingerie is more practical price wise. Average price for a bra at DL will run about average $130 and CL will average $50 per bra. However, you will notice the quality difference between the two Lingerie stores. I really need to start weight training my arms, chest and back soon but I need to wait minimum 2 more weeks. I feel that my upper body is getting weak. : /

Dr. Pugash was easy to talk to, very straight forward and down to the point. I've read numerous great reviews about him and after talking to hubby about it for 1.5 years, I finally have some support from him and made the call to book for a consultation and was booked for about 9 months later. Talk about a long wait but I guess good surgeons are the busy ones since he runs about 4 surgical centres in BC. I felt comfortable with him and had the surgery booked for 2 months later. Hoping for the best.
