Please tell me your but came back?? Why would it go flat in the first plast..I also have worked very hard On toning my but and don't want my hard work going flat. Ugh
yes its somewhat back..round but smaller I lost all much weight I'm gaining muscles and my abs are getting there I feel my lil 2 pack coming thru. good luck

Doing really well... back to the gym! Doing power...

Doing really well... back to the gym! Doing power pump classes. . That's all weight training. ..doing stairs and some abdominal crunches...not full crunches. .planks and side raises. ..I'm going back to work this weekend!! I'm tryi to gain muscles. . Working with a personal trainer. ..feeling really good. My abdominal muscles is tight. . So some discomfort but tolerable. ..oh some swelling but no noticeable. ...I love my results! ! Happy healing

You look really good!!! great pic with 2 piece. You are a Nurse. How long did you take off work? I work in the medical field as a MA. Did you go back to work with restrictions???? Was it a FMLA or personal Leave??? Keep posting and healing.. you are doing great...
Hi Minnie , I took 6 weeks off, and it was medical . I think I could have gone back in 4 weeks but this past weekend was my first time back and I did great, I also Started back to the gym working out hard core weights and no restrictions!!! I feel really good

Had my 4 week visit already, I'm down to 137...

Had my 4 week visit already, I'm down to 137 pounds, and there was a stitch poking thru my right hip so my doc made a small incision and removed it. So now I have a tiny cut with sterile strips and feels much better. I'm working out doing weights but not heavy.. No crunches yet, side planks ok. Going back to work next week. Love my result!!
