I began my treatment just three weeks ago. Had a really hard time getting them in and out. Plus having to wash my hands every time I removed them and put them back in was drying out my hands. It's just so gross to put dirty hands in my mouth. I tried using my fingernail for removing them and the dental picks. Both were awkward and a bit difficult. I bought a box of disposable rubber gloves. Not that expensive and so great for grabbing the braces! I don't have to wash my hands every time and they really work well.
