I have been talking about and wanting to get a tummy tuck for years but either I didn't have the money or didn't have the leave to take off work for a few weeks. Finally, after being laid off and receiving a decent severance package I decided now was the time. I'm 52 years old and wish I did this 10 years ago. Everyone told me that I should wait until I lost some weight (I'm 5'4" and was about 178 lbs.). I did it now anyway... somehow I knew that it was now or never. Also get a breast augmentation at the same time. Love the results and am enjoying clothes for the first time in years!!! I wish I did this 10 years ago. I finally got my sexy back and no longer want to avoid many of the social activities my husband and I were always invited to. Another interesting thing... this surgery has jumpstarted my dieting. I am down to 170 lbs. and will do anything to protect 'my investment'. I say "Don't wait!" even if you could stand to lose 30 or so pounds.

Dr. Centeno is such a wonder doctor. I can't say enough good things about him. I was sweating bullets from nervousness at the initial consultation and he was very sweet and understanding as I asked for a paper towel to wipe my forehead.
