Hi all I have been reading all these great comments and posts. I am 30 days out. I am 50, fit, but boobs went from 34b to 34f from menopause. Ugh! Any and all suggestions and comments would be very welcome!

Ladies ,
I am postop day one! yaay! I thought I would write a little about my experience so far!
surgery at noon yesterday, center was about a forty five minute drive, I packed some towels, water, a bucket ( did not need :) and some crackers, and a small pillow for over the chest under the seatbelt.
Now it's go time. Nurses took my vitals, didn't like my BP, but that came down a lot. Talked to anesthesiologist and put me at ease. Scared and anxious at the same time -- even cried a bit.
Doc came and marked me up and told me "this was gonna change my life" with a big smile.

Doc told me I would be sitting straight up the entire time as he could be more precise. In I go , joked a little with OR staff, next thing I know I am getting water and crackers in recovery. Heavily taped up like a super tight tube top, two smal drains in here somewhere. Now comes the worst part. ..the 2 hour ride home in big city rush hour. Not good, bumpy and stop and go. I highly recommend scheduling early apps or staying nearby the hospital.
I was to go back today late for new taping, drains out etc. He said come in the am tomorrow avoid the ride.
I came home and slept for 4 solid hours Drank water, ginger ale and both ate some crackers, Pain is ok , in fact after one Vicodin given at hospital, I am already on Tylenol :)

started out yesterday as a 34F don't know what I am now, asked for a full C. Took pics and will post after bandages come off.
Also recommend the transcope patch, put it behind ear before surgery and zero nausea.

Will keep you posted!

I want to be a C but doc says probably a D. Don't know my real size. Think I will go measure myself.
