I'm feeling old and tired looking!!!! I've tried fillers and botox, but I need to do something permanent. I want to get a facelift and a breastlift with a possible implant. I'm skeptical on which Dr. or place to go??? I need your help to make an informed decision. I'm very active, but feeling aged. Please send ur info. about ur experiences. I need some direction to start my journey. I have been researching Mexico.

Thanks for starting your story on RealSelf. Have you tried the Find a Doctor feature at the top of the page? You might want to click on that to look for board certified plastic surgeons in different geographical areas.

Filtering through the reviews in the Facelift community is also a great way to educated yourself on what to expect.
