Worth It
Spent: $5,000 in Boise id

Misinformed re sunscreen ALWAYS needed after Fraxel resurfacing. % treatments ended in Jan, face now much darker because didn't wear sunscreen. Now using it, but doctor says darkness is permanent without additional treatment. Don't trust him. Is it permanent, and would any lightening creams help?

My Doctor: Name not provided

Only saw doctor 1st visit, assistants did treatments, can't get answer on phone without going back for "free" evaluation on my complaint.

I had fraxel in Boise, too. I had three treatments on my neck and I can't see that it did anything. The doctor's office didn't take any pictures, I never saw a doctor. I know its partly my fault, I couldn't handle the pain of the actual treatment even with valium and Vicodin pre-treatment and a numbing gel. It hurt so much, I couldn't let them turn it up, so I paid $750 per treatment for three treatments and basically got a bit of sun damage under my chin cleared up and that's it. If I do it again, I'll have i.v. anesthetic.

A commercial airing in Boise, ID states only one Dr. in Boise performs Fraxel. Is this true? Are there any positive reports on Fraxel results? I'm looking to firm loose skin on my neck. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
