“Eyelid surgery robbed me of life”
Eyelid Surgery: NOT worth it
Pain: Uncomfortable
hi there, i had blepharoplasty 18 months ago and it has robbed me of myself.i hate the way i look now, before i had almond shaped eyes with a natural hooded look of the upper eyelids, today my eyes semm to have a cold stare. i have aged around the eyes considerably as i beleive the surgeon was too agressive both under and upper. also i have a slight collapse under my right eye which in itself makes me look tired all the time. my eyes now ache and get dry , it feels like the eyeball is tightening, and the pain sits behind the eye at the temple area.
the pros were that the under eye puffiness has gone the cons are that my whole expression has changed, im barely able to recognise myself in the mirror, i have slight sunken collapse on right eye.
i did it because i believed it would get rid of the under eye bags

That is so sad that you are so unhappy with your results. I now realize that to undergo any plastic surgery, a person should really hate the way they currently look (because there is no guarantee of how you will look after) and do a lot of research for a good doctor. I hope you find someone who can help you - either with fixing the problem or helping you be happy with the way you look now.
