I just sat back and listened to the radio, I got 3 treatments in 1. Total time was about 1.5hrs. Most of the time was prep work. My teeth turned out about 8 shades whiter!!!!! I couldnt be happier! No pain, but if you listen to the instructions for after car, it tells you about ADVIL, also you should get a tube of gel to RELAX your teeth. I got all this and also the at home kit as well.
