Poor Otoplasty Result - Europe

I had otoplasty performed in an EU country 14 months ago. I am generally happy with the outcome except for the right antihelix which has a depression running through it and looks unnatural. Is there anyway of rectifying this problem without a major invasive surgery?? I currently live in another country from where I had the procedure so I have no contact with my previous surgeon.

Doesn't look that bad? However, any change would probably have to be via surgery.
