It's been 3 months!!

So I am feeling great and am so happy with my decision on size and type of implant. My scars are pretty good, I have feeling in all of my breasts and even some of my asymmetry was corrected!
Originally my left nipple was lower and I had less upper breast tissue on that side. After the implants were secure in their pockets, my right breast settled lower than the left which correct the difference in my nipples and upper tissue. It did settle lower so I can see it with my cloths off but would much rather have that than a difference up top ar my nipple where it's more noticeable. Yay!!
I had my doc check my measurements to ensure I was not bottoming out and he was very pleased. He said they each measure exactly the same as before minus the 3" for the implant. He also said my swelling has significantly gone away and I'm healing better than expected considering it usually takes a full 6 mos.
I'm so very happy I decided to get new boobs and thank you all for the support and for sharing your stories. I have learned so much from you!

Finally shopping for bras!

Monday will be six weeks when I'm officially released to have normal workouts and can wear a bra! I went to VS to be sized and tried some on, then went to a local shop in Eugene called Freudian Slip. They are amazing! They resized me and confirmed my new size. I started as a 34-36 B cup and am now a 34DD!! I am so happy with my size. When originally choosing CCs I wanted a large C cup and thought 350CCs. At my preop, after reading posts here, I decided to go with 450 CCs. Anatomical, of course. So glad I did!

5 weeks out and doing great!

Progress is going really well! I have not been released to exercise yet but have been doing 30 min. of walking and stationary biking 4x's a week the last couple. After 6 weeks I can hit the gym, thank goodness!! Still can't wear a bra but again, I'll be released for that at week 6 also. Only 7 more days.

Boobs are rounding out nicely and sleeping is no longer a problem. Started scar cream at week 3 and will continue for 12 weeks. I had no tubes or external incisions at all so no scabs; just skin glue that fell off around week 3.
Sensitivity is subsiding slowly and feeling is coming back very slowly. I'm so happy and feel unbelievable! I'm have always accepted my body as it was but not completely confident. Now I feel like very confident and my husband loves them! He was not excited about me getting them but had totally changed his tune. Lol
