I had a mole removed from the tip of my nose...

I had a mole removed from the tip of my nose roughly 3 months ago yet some redness still remains....basically it keeps changing colour 1 minute all is fine where you can hardly see anything and the next minute it goes bright red, usually the bright redness appears whenever i do anything which raises my blood pressure i.e Gym, Sports etc and it doesn't bother settling down for hours....i was wondering whether this problem will be stuck with me for life or will it eventually disappear???
