Katielynch, Congrats on losing the weight. Your complaint seems to center around recurrent ptosis (sagging). And as I read it you have had a lift and aug? Depending on the technique, the reason they "sag" could be from a couple of reasons. First, weight loss patients' skin is less resilient due to the stretching that occurs during weight gain. The breast is also largely fat. So, it would make sense that as you lost weight ... the breast deflated. I see this alot in patients presenting for lifts after pregnancy (think mommy makeover). Second, there are different types of lifts. All require incisions on the breast to "tighten" the breast and some carry the risk of early recurrence. Third, DD would show earlier droop compared to smaller breast for a very simple reason ... gravity. The weight of the breast is what causes the initial stretching and leads to it happening again. Without seeing your pictures, I would say your best bet would be to reduce the implant/breast size somewhat followed by a "redo." At age 20, you shouldn't be seeing a ton of "sag" after your second operation, but it wouldn't be unheard of. The firmness you desire could also be accomplished by increasing the implant size while reducing the breast (the implant has more firmness when compared to the typical weight loss patient's breast). I wish you the best. Michael Spann.
