I had it done because I had such extra fat under my chin. If you saw me from the neck up I looked like I weighed 170 lbs. and from the neck down I only weighed 128 lbs. (I am 5' tall). I was 64 years old and I had very few wrinkles so I already looked years younger than my age, but I was so self concious about my neck that I hated to look in a mirror and would not let pictures be taken of me. I also had both my upper and lower eylids done in a separate operation and they look great too.

Dr. Sinno was very thorough in explaining the procedures. He was very patient in answering all my questions. The surgery went perfectly. I had very little pain and I new to expect swelling and brusing. I had extensive libosuction on my neck and a full facelift. His staff treated me so well. They made me feel like I was part of a family.
