“Elevess-No Way”

My dermatologist said Elevess was about the same as Restylene but cheaper so I said go for it. He injected it into my nasolabial folds. Wow, by that night I was swollen and the next day my upper lip and sides of my mouth were gigantic. I looked like I was from Planet of the Apes.

I iced it for the day and slowly over the next 5 days did it regress. I had bruising, pain and one neighbor thought my husband should be in jail. I even had to go to work with a ton of makeup on and strange looks.

Next time I did get Restylene and perfect results, not a bit of swelling. My derm guy injected the lips of another person with the same results and hasn't used Elevess since.
