Pros - I had almost no breast tissue and having the implants made me look and feel somewhat normal.

Cons - it isn't a real breast and now that I am again, it is apparent that I've had implants. Add to my fear of maybe having to have more surgery at more expense...still the pros outweigh the cons

I had saline breast implants approximately 17 years ago. I can feel the implant on the right breast below the nipple, it feels like I am being poked, and is itchy and sore if I press on it. Is my implant wearing through the muscular wall, if so, can I have this replaced/repaired?
