1 yr update!!

Can't believe it's been a year!! I'm so happy I went ahead with my ba! They are the perfect fit for my frame. I love the freedom of not being constricted to a bra! I enjoy wearing comfortable bralettes!! I'm all about comfort!! If you are contemplating a ba, do it, it's so worth it!!

3 months post

Hello ladies!!! Enjoying my summer and got a new job :) and have been enjoying my boobies!! I love them love them and fit my body just right!! One Of my coworkers said I was blessed with nice boobs, I had to bite my tongue, I wanted to tell her they were bought lol. I decided not to say anything just yet.

At 3 months my boobs are still hard not squishy. My pectoral muscles are still achy, especially when I lift/hold heavy things. Once in a while I get sharp pains that last a few seconds. I waited 3 months before doing yoga or any chest exercises. I did mostly cardio for the first three months.

I will post some pics of my boobs without clothes soon. I haven't had the chance.

Overall, I'm happy I went through with surgery and should have done it yrs ago!!

Feeling good still a bit sore

Hi everyone! Well I went back to work and still wearing my post op bra. Still a bit sore, down to 4 Tylenol a day 1 muscle relaxer at night!

Started walking 2 weeks ago after PS gave me green light! I miss my workout routine. Walking satisfies my thirst for movement. Lots of hills in my neighborhood so that's a plus!

I'm still sleeping in my recliner, I don't trust myself. I know that I will roll on to my stomach or my side. I don't want to mess anything up!

BM back to regular schedule I forgot to mention in my previous post that pain meds did mess with my BMs.

I have an app with my PS next week. Breasts still riding high and are getting softer, however, they are still hard.

Overall I'm happy and it's all been worth the pain and sacrifices. I really do love them!
