Eeeek yukky ugly implants

Hey there ladies.. Just a little update so I'm 10 wks post op and feel fab and have done now for about 5 wks... All settled and happy back to doing everything and more. So here are pictures of my implants after removal.. Better out than in .. X

Happiness and love is how I feel :)

Well today it's 16 days post op and I just wanted to say how I am feeling, and getting on.
I am doing really well and the pain is much less now but still a get across the top muscle and I still can't have my arms above my head in bed as it pulls. I am doing lots of little things at home and the recovery is amazing. I am very fit and I run usually and do sum weight classes which I am now missing, my energy wouldn't be up to anyway if if I could haha. But 4 wks time and I'm in that gym. Feel like I'm starting to gain a little weight eeeek.. But only because I've been healing eating. It's quite an emotional experience having the CC implants removed but I really feel so much better and I would definitely do it again just to get them out. The pain I had was not nice at all. The feeling of now being able to hug someone is such a lovely feeling it feels REAL. And those of u reading who are natural now will all tell u the same. This makes me smile. I've not got any pics yet of how they look now, I kind of feel a little private with them I hope this makes sense to u girls. And understand. I will do a pic where I can show as much as I feel comfortable. BUT I am sooo pleased with them they are looking so good it's amazing. I am wearing a MACOM bra, and I am using DECLEOR Prolagene gel on them which is a firming gel and also good on scars. My scars r looking good also. NO PICKING thou. As they will not heal right. So all in all I am one happy girl :)

Hi... So I keep reading reviews and I have done...

Hi... So I keep reading reviews and I have done for months now. And it really helped me to see how many ladies are in the same situation as me ACTUALLY QUITE SHOCKING!
So my story is 8 yrs ago I was 30 and I decided to have cohesive silicone implants under the muscle. I had a handful and ended up with a nice size for my frame.I had this privately as also did 4 of my friends. 3/5 of us have CC. I was told told 1/100 get it and it had to be me. So they were out in, in the May my right one didn't drop into place at all and by December I was having weird pulling pains tht were really annoying only on the right side. I saw the surgeon and he said it needed lowering so in the jan I went in for what I was told was day surgery ended up being over night and a drain in. When I woke in recovery I heard them say yes its encapsulation. (They replaced the implant.) However never told this. The recovery was far worse than the initial op.I was told tht 15% chance of it happening again.. And guess what.... 6 months later hello hard right boob again!!! Grrrr!!! So I carried on thinking well I've paid all this money and I liked having biggger boobies so I wasn't removing. Anyway fast forward 7 yrs to last yr I started to notice weird pains in the left side and finally a breast cancer consultant told me it had CC TOO! and that I shud consider removing. Still reluctant until I found REALSELF.. This site has been amazing and as I read thru stories I found myself saying I've got tht, or thts me.. Tiredness, pains in the arm and tingling in fingers, and thyroid like problems. Bit scary really wen u think on it being the implants tht cud be causing such grief. Also feeling low a lot and not shaking off common colds. Plus in the beginning I had two chest infections never had them before either. Sooooo this site and the brave ladies, which I am so grateful too made me think YES IM DOING IT! My implants were sooo high it's shocking and I had grade 3/4 so quite severe. I had my op 28th August so I am 11 days post op. So the op was daunting as you really have no clue how u r going to feel after or how u will look, so my op took 3 hrs which was meant to be 2 but my surgeon got changed and I'm sorry I don't know his name. But he was lovely. I was in recovery for 2 hrs and had morphine. Back to the ward and I had a two night stay. They opened up the binding in the recovery so I saw them, as they checked everything was ok. Now the next part... The pain was bad but on and off... And I had pain killers for the two days constantly. The nurses and carers were amazing checking on us all the time. I was with the mastectomy ladies so I saw one lady go thru a lot, tummy tuck, fat transfer etc tht is amazing. So I'm back home now had sum time with my parents and I slept a lot and I ate really well. I did have drains also in hospital (removed on day of discharge) so my tips are to eat well and drink plenty of water while in hospital it's keeps the blood pressure from falling. Keep positive because I was so very emotional and I just had to go with it. Every day gets better and after a wk I was driving. I have had allergic reactions to a few things which is unlike me but over come them. Also take a hair drier as wen u shower my tape was allowed to get wet and they said to use a drier to make sure completely dry. A fleece blanket and a pillow made me feel like I had a piece of home with me. I also had strong anti biotics for 8 days. Made me feel sick all the time :( eek yuk. One was actually ruptured the right one, so I am guessing this is why I had them odd symptoms. On a really good note I felt so happy the moment they were out. I will put on my pics of before and during hospital then later update with latest pics. Good luck to all of u going thru this and also those of u considering. If u have CC I wud say u probably will have a rupture at sum point. Better out than in. NATURAL IS BEST.. Thank u for reading I hope this helps xjx
