5 Weeks PO

So, it's been 5 weeks since I had my op. Feeling back to normal now.

Went for an ultrasound on Friday. I have 2cm pocket of fluid on my right side. They didn't drain it. I am on antibiotics.

Put together a pic from a month ago and one from today and I can totally see a difference. I have a waist again.

The only thing that annoys me, is the surgeon said she wouldn't do a fleur de lis tummy tuck because I am so young. But the bottom of my stomach is a lot firmer than above my belly button and it hangs weirdly when I bend over. Hopefully, when I get back to exercising, I can tone it up!

4 weeks PO

Friday will mark 4 weeks since I had my TT.

I am feeling great. I know I' not fully recovered. But, I feel very well.

Yesterday, I treated myself to some expensive fake tan. I am naturally very pale and summer clothes do not look good on pale lol. Anyway, I was applying my fake tan tonight while my partner was outside. Stood in just my underwear. My partner came upstairs and saw me and I said "could you put it on my back for me?" This is the first time I have ever stood in my underwear in front of my partner since the time we have been together (7 years) I have never felt so confident. My body is not perfect but for the first time in a long time I was happy with how I looked tonight. Wow feeling emotional lol.

I am still swollen and looking more so on my left side which I think Definetly needs drained. I am still waiting to hear back from the hospital to get a scan so they can see where the fluid is.
