Im 29 years old and considering Breast Implants. Here are my sizes: height :5.6" weight :114 Ibs my Rib-cage is 28" which makes me 32A cup. Shoulder's width:14.5" =37cm,I want the breast which is wide and round & Full as much as my body allow,but not looking so unnatural and fake. I have a friend who had a surgery with 375CC Silicon,high profile,its almost what i'm looking for!(Full C)upload her photo.
I have to mention i have met 2 Doctors, first one suggest me 320 cc high profile,not because of my sizes,he said more than this would be heavy on your back! the other one didn't give me any suggestion, but asked the PS to bring sizes between 295 and 395 cc and asked me to pick, which made me more confused!
also the size of around my thigh is around 22.5" which in compare with rest of my body shows bigger(at least this is how i see it) and would like to choose an implant that show my body somehow hour glass.
What is the best size and profile you suggest me!please advise me and help me out!

im also 5'6, and my weight is now 118! and chest is 28! so i think we are pretty close in measurements except that i have smaller boobs and i weigh more! lol!
anyhow, i had my second consultation with my surgeon today. i am actually getting my surgery done on tuesday.. and im also going for that full C cup-look, like the one you are going for.. so im finally going for 375 CC Moderate plus profile silicone under the muscle for a more natural feel.
i think you should maybe go for the same. 350, or 375. i say 375 a little bit bigger is always better. im not going any larger unfortunately because i don't have enough breast tissue. and i want them to look as natural as possible..
moderate plus profiles have a more natural look.. they are probe 1.5 CM wider in diameter.. and 1 CM less perkier.
but they have a fuller cleavage look. you can always get a perkier look with a push up bra on.
