5 months post op. And everything is where they need to be. Scars hidden well in bikini and fading nicely.
3 week appointment
So my sore on the bottom of my incision on my left breast wouldn't heal up. Would scan over, would be doing good then open up. It turns out that I had a couple sutures that didn't dissolve so my body wasn't healing properly. After some looking around, they found the culprit and removed it (pain free). Afterwards his nurse showed me how to pack the wound and change daily. It's taken a couple days (normal), and has started showing some progression with my healing. Happy to report my body is generating some healthy tissue and slowly but surely, closing nicely.
11 days post op and loving them!
I mentioned before of a couple places I was still lightly bleeding on my incisions. This mainly from the pressure of my compression bra sitting along my base incisions. One side seems to have stopped but the other still seems to a little every now and then. I'll continue putting cotton pads there when wearing my bra. Everything still seems to be healing great and I couldn't be happier!
