I had always known that I was small chested, like a 34 A or less, but I always disliked the look of my breasts. They did not appear feminine, however they were functional as I breastfed 3 kids for 20+ months each. I recall a nurse friend of mine who helped me learn to breastfeed mention that my areola's were large considering the size of my breasts, didn't think much of it. After going to a breast augmentation consultation I was informed that I had Tubular Breast or Constricted Breast Deformity Type II. This was the piece of information that I was missing. I spent so much time looking at before and after photo's looking for someone with a similar before, it wasn't until I knew about this condition that I was able to get an educated idea of what my potential outcome.
