Post op

Had surgery yesterday and everything went well. Dr Fryer called me last night to check on me, let me know how surgery went and if I had any questions or concerns. I met with the nurse for post op appointment this morning and she said everything looks good, I have some bruising under my tape and I'm pretty swollen but not a whole lot of pain just tightness and some discomfort. Sleeping on my back is going to be the hardest part because I am a stomach sleeper to fall asleep! First night was kinda rough but I'm propped up on the couch and have a couple more pillows so hopefully night 2 will be better. I'm excited for the swelling to go down so I can see these babies for real, I've added a couple post ops I took tonight and I'm pretty happy so far!

Pre op

I had my pre op appointment this week and I'm getting more excited! I decided on the 430cc HP silicone implants after taking my golf club in with me to my appointment and tried swinging it with the sizers on :) the 460cc just seemed too big. I've been busy this week with my business so time is kinda flying by but this weekend will draaaaaag! I added some before photos but I'm not sure why thru are showing upside down sorry :(

Hi everyone! I had my consult with Dr Fryer in...

Hi everyone! I had my consult with Dr Fryer in Draper, Ut and he is amazing! He makes sure when you leave his office that you are confident in your decisions and have chosen a great doc! He is a certified Plastic surgeon as well not just cosmetic as most are here in Utah. Im 5'6 roughly 145-150 depending the day and have a very active lifestyle including golfing. crossfit and running my own business. I had a child 13 years ago but never breast fed because he was adopted from me, but because my milk came in and dried up it made my itty bitty B size boobs turn in to nothing there A's that I can not even fill the cup of the bra even with padding! I am going to a full C.. so you can SEE them (my funny little joke :)) and with my measurements I am trying to decide between the 430cc or the 460cc silicone implants. Dr Fryer told me there is only about 2 tablespoon difference between the 2 implants but I also don't want to have the chance of feeling a ridge if I go too big and I don't have much to work with so I am leaning more towards the 430cc. I also have a distorted or uneven sternum so the left side sits higher than the right so when I lay on my back its like a tent pitched on my chest instead of 2 lovely mounds, Dr Fryer was honest and said the implants may or may not help hide that deformity because of where the muscle attaches just above it. I am sure I will be the only one who really notices it afterwards so I am not worried about that as long as it doesn't look like a tent when I lay down :) I will try to download some before pics and then I will do the afters later. I have my pre-op appointment next Monday and I am getting very excited but nervous at the same time only because A. I've never had boobs so its going to be very weird and quite the adjustment to my lifestyle and 2. I just don't want to go to big and have issues!
